Bought a rack of ribs, cut it into 2 halves, saved one half in the freezer, and marinated the other half with black pepper, garlic salt, salt, and Korean BBQ sauce, baked at 450C for 15 mins, and then 400C for another 15 mins:
The weather over here is still fluctuating a lot. One day it is warm, and the next day it can be very very cold, with lots of rain too! No mood to cook during the weekend!
